Genesis Behavioral Hospital is a privately owned, 18 bed psychiatric facility. This facility is currently licensed by the State of Louisiana to provide psychiatric inpatient services to adults and geriatric patients. The hospital provides a continuum of services that are consumer oriented, cost effective, and quality driven. The continuum provides specific psychiatric services for acute inpatient and outpatient adult populations 21 years and older and their families.

 

The hospital provides quality professional and clinical services dedicated to the care and recovery of patients served. In order to achieve our treatment goals we focus on the patients' needs and the needs of our community. Our continuum of care allows us to provide care to our patients and their families to improve the health outcomes of the mentally ill adult and geriatric population.
